The importance of university education

The mid-term exam in this semester was over. I didn't do a very good job, I think.
I should study harder and be more concentrate in class!

After these months I realized that being an university student, we should learn more university education not only from our text books, but also from many things that happen in our daily life.

The aim of education in general is to prepare students for life in the world. The preparation given by a university is a special training of the mind. In the science, we learn how to draw general conclusions from various facts. In the humanities, we obtain a deeper understanding of human life from the reading of various authors. Thus, the chief aim of university education is to help the students to have a wide diversity of work and interest.

The four years in the university are so valuable for us! We should know what we should do every day in our university life and treasure it all the time.

A Sudden Rain

Today the weather was really beautiful and warm as I left for school in the morning. The sky was cloudless and there was no sign of rain at all, so I did not take my umbrella.

However, as I played basketball on the school playground, the sky suddenly darker and darker and the wind began to blow. A few drops of rain fell and my classmates and I ran to seek refuge.

Within minutes the storm was over and the sky became blue again. In the future, I shall always carry an umbrella with my everywhere I go.

Baseball World Cup---Nice play!

Today I watched the Baseball World Cup game between Chinese Taipei and the USA.
The game result was 7:10, the USA won the game.
It was really a pity, but however, it was so exciting during the game!
The two team's scores came to the same for amazing three times!
And the Chinese Taipei performed so many nice plays! They did a good job, really.
Oh I love them so much!
My favorite team in CPBL is the Sinon Bulls, actually many players of it had joined the Chinese Taipei team. They play so nice that they could join the National representative team!
Baseball is a popular sport in Taiwan for a long long time.
I think that through supporting our representative team or the players that play abroad, such as Chien-Ming Wang, just like we're expressing our love toward our own country.
Baseball is so interesting and exciting, no wonder it had been called the sport of the whole people!

A meaningful video---Kiwi!

This is a very popular video on YouTube.

It's about a Kiwi, who wants to fly.

Actually all the Kiwis' wings had degenerated for a long long time,

so the little kiwi in the video worked hard to nail a lot of trees on the precipice,

then jumped down...just like he was flying!

The precipice was so high, of course, the Kiwi will die at last...

It's so touching! And makes me heart-broken :(
